About Sirreti

Sirreti was founded in 2021 by a panel of industry leaders from the luxury vacation rental industry and related luxury travel and transportation sectors.  Our mission is two-fold:

The Sirreti List: Think the Michelin Guide for ‘Nothing Less than the Best’ in the top luxury and ultra luxury categories. The Sirreti List rates and awards the crème de la crème of private luxury accommodation.

Our board of inspectors, jury and advisory members are made up of veterans of the sector who are driven by a pure passion to continue working, developing and carving out a path for the future of ultra luxury hospitality. 

The Sirreti Community: An exclusive membership community where like-minded companies and individuals can network, converse, and partner in the luxury vacation rental market.

Randy Bacik

Randy’s entrepreneurial success story began in 1995 when he founded the highly successful multi-state property management and real estate company, Royal Shell Vacations, with his wife Kim Bacik on Sanibel Island, Florida. Their intensive focus on customer service and team satisfaction led to rapid growth, with an award-wining team with one of the largest independent vacation property management companies in North America, managing 2,200 rental properties throughout Florida and North Carolina. Randy successfully exited Royal Shell Vacations in 2016.

An industry leader, often called on to speak at major industry conventions and associations, Randy is also an experienced real estate entrepreneur with multi-state real estate ventures in the south-eastern United States.

Randy is currently the founder and CEO at Glass Casa Vacation Rentals.

Wolf Worster

Wolf has worked in the luxury vacation rental sector for 18 years when he founded Wolf Worster Villas (name changed to Volta Villas, and eventually sold), a boutique ultra luxury villa rental agency with a focus on the global UHNW market. The company’s client and homeowner base included political figures, business leaders and celebrities. He has managed properties in 18 international markets with an average weekly rate of US $92,000+. His company has been featured in Forbes, Robb Report, Sunday UK Times, Vancouver Sun and E-Entertainment TV. RTL German Television produced and aired a documentary segment on his properties and business.

Over the years, Wolf has consulted at global events on luxury private accommodations for heads of state, including two G7 Summits and the 2010 and 2012 Olympics.

Wolf is an active committee member for the Vacation Rental Management Association and a founding advisor of the Greece Stay Awards.

Wolf is the proud father of two young men and resides full time in Puerto Banus (Marbella).

Mario Seiler

Internationally educated, with a lifetime of experience in the rich traditions of European luxury hospitality, Mario Seiler has worked with the finest hotels and individuals of distinction worldwide.

His comprehensive knowledge of finance, personnel management, and seamless operations inform the core systems and day-to-day workings of Modern Butler, an Estate & Lifestyle Management company based in Los Angeles. A global citizen and one of the most sought after estate managers in the world, he is widely respected for his exquisite taste and legacy of impeccable service.

Maria is the Managing Partner at Modern Butler.

Jenni Haines

With over 30 years in the hospitality and service industry, Jenni is a globally recognized service and experience expert. From front line to executive management in restaurants, luxury hotels and luxury rentals, she has seen, written, directed and starred in this movie!

Jenni’s passion and expertise lie in creating and developing incredible teams that, together with her signature training, craft extraordinary experiences that bring guests back, again and again!

For seven seasons, Jenni managed, Casa Nova, 13,000 square foot private estate which offered private ski-in/ski-out access in Deer Valley, Utah. Casa Nova luxurious accommodations included seven bedrooms and four magnificent master suites, in sumptuous surroundings, while six separate living-loving-laughing rooms offered guests the opportunity to gather or to seek solitude. The Spa at Casa Nova become world famous providing state-of-the-art exercise, massage, steam and sauna facilities. Under Jenni’s tenure as Chief Happiness Officer and Estate Manager, Casa Nova was named the United States; Best Ski Chalet at the World Ski Awards, not once, but three times!

Jenni operates J Haines Hospitality and serves clients throughout the world.

Louise Brace

A professional content writer and digital marketeer, Louise has worked with vacation rental businesses all over the world to improve their online presence through better content.

Quoted in various industry articles as being amongst the Top 20 Vacation Rental Marketing Consultants in the World, Louise brings this experience, along with over 20 years of knowledge in marketing, PR and journalism industries, to help the Sirreti community create engaging marketing channels.

Louise started out in the vacation rental industry as a travel blogger for a European city break company; writing about all of the incredible things a guest can enjoy when they visit a destination. After which she became the editor for a niche Spanish OTA, developing content to support owners in marketing and managing their properties more effectively. As a vacation rental and destination marketing expert Louise is one of the leading sources on vacation rental regulations in Europe.

Louise is owner of Rental Tonic, an agency dedicated to the vacation rental sector.

Peter Robinson

Robinson is a Producer, Publisher and Journalist.

Having spent the last decade as The Review’s Managing Editor, spanning both visual and printed media, he has filed interviews across the spectrum with the likes of Sir David Frost, Donald Trump, James Haskell, Jodie Kidd and Sir Michael Caine. Peter founded The Review’s sister company, Screaming Eagle Productions, in 2013, dedicated to making high-quality TVC, short films and documentaries. In 2017 Peter completed his first award-winning short shot on 35mm, Transmission. Peter writes solely for The Review and produces films for a range of brands and agency clients including McLaren, Charles Heidsieck, L’ Occitane and Four Seasons.

Iain Beaumont

Before immersing himself in the world of technology, Iain worked for a number of large organisations, including the British Army, Morgan Stanley, The National Trust and the Cowdray Estate, where solving problems was just as prevalent there as it is with running a large, tech-focused business.

Now based in Oxfordshire, Iain supports businesses across the globe and helps clients deliver optimal customer experiences, reach into new markets and evolve operational processes to keep companies agile.

With a strong background in luxury hospitality, including keynote engagements with Walpole in New York and London, Iain has an intimate understanding of UHNW client expectations and delivers experiences that enchant and delight in equal measure.

Iain is the founder of VUMO Digital, runs his own brand, Mapelio, and is Head of Digital with K&H Comms.  He love getting out on the water in his boat and is rarely seen without his dog (Jake) by his side.
