Accreditation Standards

The Sirreti Accreditation program is open to luxury vacation rentals (villas, chalets, apartments & penthouses) around the world.  On meeting the accreditation standard, a property is then entered on The Sirreti List, thereby distinguishing it as being one of the world’s finest vacation rentals.

Accreditation does this by ensuring that each property hits a high minimum threshold of excellence across 7 core criteria:

Benjamin Vaschetti

Ben’s love for the finer things in life began at a young age when he would cook with his grandmother in Avignon, France. After attending the Culinary School of Avignon, Ben spent decades working as a chef for celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants, including Auberge de l’Ill and Le Cirque, on superyachts, and for the royal family of Greece. Throughout his career, he has lived in China, the U.K., Spain, France, and the United States, and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Ben currently splits his time between New York and Miami, yes has traveled to more than 50 countries and counting. I’m exceptionally passionate about sourcing the most unique destinations and luxury experiences for my members and clients through my luxury concierge firm, Maison Benjamin.

No matter where he goes, Ben enjoys engaging with locals, the food, wine, and champagne, which he balances with marathon running (he’s run 12 thus far).

With almost 20 years of experience in the world of digital marketing, she has worked with an impressive portfolio of international clients.

When she’s not busy strategizing she loves early morning running, snowboarding, eating scones, and spending time with her two boys.

Wolf Worster

Founder & CEO of Sirreti

My name is Wolf, and I have worked in the luxury vacation rental sector for almost 20 years.

My experience includes operating my own boutique luxury villa rental agency where our focus was on the global UHNW market. Our client and homeowner base included political figures, business leaders and celebrities. We managed properties in 18 international markets with an average weekly rate of US $142,000+.

We’ve been lucky enough to be featured in Forbes, Robb Report, Sunday UK Times, Vancouver Sun and E-Entertainment TV. RTL German TV produced and aired a documentary segment on our properties. I have also had the luxury of consulting at global events on luxury private accommodations for heads of state, including two G7 Summits and the 2010 and 2012 Olympics.

These days I am a committee member for the Vacation Rental Management Association (European Event), the Chairman of the Greece Stay Awards and of course, I co-manage the Sirreti Community.

Most importantly, I am the proud father of two young men!

Iain Beaumont

Co-founder

I have been intimately involved with the UHNW travel industry for 5+ years, with extensive experience in managing luxury estates and exclusive-use properties in the UK.

Most notable was my time as Director of Events & Hospitality at Cowdray in West Sussex where I managed a portfolio of high-end accommodations, including the ultra-exclusive Cowdray House.

During my tenure at Cowdray, I delivered talks with Walpole (the official sector body for UK luxury) in New York and hosted multiple PR days on the estate with some of the UK’s most prestigious brands & media outlets.

Prior to my time in the world of luxury hospitality, I worked as a Director at Morgan Stanley in London and served as an officer in the British Army.

Most recently, I formed VUMO Digital – an agency that partners with clients across sectors such as luxury hospitality, lifestyle and fashion to deliver seamless user experiences and enhance brand presence to the most discerning audiences.  I have been working with Wolf on Sirreti since day one.

I currently live in the North Cotswolds (close to Oxford) with a very loyal Lurcher call Jake.

My name is Lucrèce, also known as Lucky

With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have build my expertise as a butler, yacht stewardess, villa manager, and consultant, ultimately leading me to create Splendid.
Our focus is on recruiting and training butlers for luxury villas, alongside offering consulting services.

My vision for Splendid is to manage a portfolio of fully-staffed properties here in Ibiza establishing us as a hallmark of quality in the luxury hospitality sector.

Sirreti Accreditation is not bound by borders and follows a strict set of criteria applied without bias or weighting to a specific country or region. It is the international standard for the luxury vacation rental industry, and a hallmark of excellence for properties across the world.

Accreditation branding
